澳大利亚通胀维持2.4%,创四年新低

根据澳大利亚统计局4月30日发布的数据,2025年第一季度澳大利亚的年化通胀率为2.4%,与去年第四季度持平,为自2021年以来的最低水平。这一数据略高于此前市场预期的2.3%。

数据显示,本季度主要的价格上涨来自住房、教育以及食品和非酒精饮料。与此同时,休闲娱乐、文化活动、家具和家庭设备等类别的价格则出现回落,部分抵消了整体的上涨趋势。

从趋势来看,澳大利亚的通胀压力在过去两年中已明显缓解。自2022年底通胀高点达到7.8%以来,澳大利亚的整体物价水平已连续七个季度中有六个出现放缓。这一趋势也为澳洲联储提供了货币政策上的操作空间。

在通胀稳定的背景下,澳洲联储已将基准利率从此前的4.35%下调至4.1%,结束了自2011年以来的加息周期高位。这一决策反映出官方对物价回落趋势的确认,也为刺激经济增长和减轻借贷压力打开了空间。

除了整体通胀外,核心通胀(即“修正均值通胀率”)也有所缓解。这一指标剔除了价格波动幅度极大的商品和服务,以更准确地反映物价趋势。第一季度该指标环比增长0.7%,同比增长2.9%,略高于先前预测。

当前澳大利亚经济在通胀受控的背景下展现出一定的韧性。澳洲联储在最新声明中指出,预计2025年澳大利亚的经济增长将有所加快,就业市场仍保持稳健。然而,全球经济环境的不确定性依然是风险因素之一。

此外,这份通胀数据的发布也正值澳大利亚政治紧张氛围加剧之际。全国大选将于5月3日举行,涉及众议院全部150个席位和参议院76席中的40席。最新民调显示,现任总理阿尔巴尼斯领导的工党在重新分配小党选票后,领先反对党联盟约4个百分点。
